"This bag is anything but waterproof. Water resistant yes. Nice bag for dry use but don't plan on it working good in a downpoor. Or any heavy rain for that matter. U can't count on it to keep ur stuff dry. I guarantee it! I know at least 4 other people who had these bags, also the same results. If u want a bag to store thing in and put in a storage compartment in ur boat than it's ok. If u want water protection than get a DRYBOX. Remember you were warned."

"We purchased this bag about 8 years ago and it worked just like it said. Then the zipper broke and we bought another just like it. We are now on our third replacement and they have all leaked. We even sprayed waterproofer on it and it still leaked. We sat it in the rain and everything inside the bag was wet. We think the water is wicking in through the zipper. We are not happy with this bag and would not recommend you buy it."

"I bought this bag to consolidate my casting equipment. I feel it is a good value for the money. It seems to be quality made. The coated fabric seems to be durable. I would ask that there be another zipper pocket on the inside if I had to find something wrong with it. When you figure which size you need, get the next size up. That is my only regret."
