Quick release scope rings and base, September 15, 2006

"I have three sets of these on my equipment. I have two on muzzleloaders and one on a rifle. They have been removed several times and when remounted they require no adjustments. They are great for my Knight Master Hunter and Thompson Omega as they are quickly removable after shooting to allow direct faucet washing in a utility tub. They quickly lock back on the gun. If shooting conditions change to where iron sights are required, you can release the scope and set it aside within seconds. I place them on all new purchases and eventually will replace the bases on my existing older rifles."
