Browning Headlamp, November 9, 2006
By Gator from Florida (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

"This Browning Black Ice headlight is great! I used it during muzzle loader season and the Xenon is bright enough to pick out a reflective tack trail with ease. When I got to my tree and started setting up my stand I switched to the red led and had plenty of light to set everything up and get up in the air. I got tired of carring a flashlight in one hand and balancing my rifle on my shoulder with the other. I love this headlight and the combo of led colors it gives. Icing on the cake is it swivels to give you the light angle you want. No more carring a flashlight. Get one, your gonna love it!!"

Great headlight, August 19, 2009
By asmith7 from Louisiana (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

Advantages: Ease of use, Long lasting, Quality, Value for money, Well made/Durable

"Pros: In the past, I have used cheap LED headlights from other stores. I decided to upgrade to a little more expensive headlight after not being pleased with the others. This is a great headlight! It is not too expensive but is a HUGE upgrade from the cheap ones. It has a very comfortable strap system, with an adjustable strap on top of your head as well as an adjustable strap around your head. It fits very comfortably and can be worn for hours. The switch to turn on the LED is completely silent, so you can turn it on without any unnecessary noise. You can cycle through three lighting options: one click turns on one LED which is very bright, two clicks turns on all three LEDs, which is even brighter, and three clicks turns on the xenon bulb. Another click turns it off. The xenon bulb is comparable to a yellow-light (pre-LED) flashlight, but is great for long range. The light can be adjusted 90 degrees, from straight ahead to straight down.

Cons: The ONLY negative with this headlight is the clicking noise that it makes when adjusting where the headlight is pointed. The on/off switch is completely silent, but to adjust the point of view angle it makes a loud clicking noise.

Conclusion: This is a great headlight that is a must-have upgrade from the cheaper headlights. Comfort and lighting are exceptional."

Great light for hands-free application!, November 13, 2007
By wildotter from Arkansas (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

"Light is perfect for using when you need both hands to carry gear or climbing into your stand. I have used this light through 1 month of bowhunting and absolutely love it! The spot light on it is very bright as well. I would have liked a "red light" option as it is easier for my eyes to adjust to seeing after using a red light as opposed to the white. Also, as most of these types of lights go, the option for just turning it off w/o toggling through all lighting options does not exist. A seperate on/off switch would be great, but as I said, not very many of these types of lights have that option. These last two points are not worth giving this light a bad review. I still think it is worthy of a good rating."
