Great Product-No Size Issues, May 22, 2009
By NJFishRGuy from Central New Jersey (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money, two buckles = fast on and off at fishing spots

"I bought this PFD in an XL but was concerned about the size because some other reviews said they were sized small. Well, I'm 6'1" and 223 pounds, and the XL fit me fine. As is normal, I had to adjust the sizing straps for fit; maybe some reviewers didn't? Anyway, the PFD seems well made, fits easily over a shirt with a hoody worn over it, and is comfortable to wear. I bought it for running in a bass boat, and it's ideal for that. Like any PFD of this type, I wouldn't want to wear it the entire time I'm fishing. [I use an inflatable SOSpenders or fanny-pack style PFD while actually casting.] It's a great value for the sale price I paid and I'm quite happy with my purchase."

Decent value, odd sizing, May 16, 2009
By kustmpaintr from Connecticut (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

Advantages: Performs well, Quality, Value for money
Disadvantages: odd sizing

"Great value for the product, but I do agree the sizing runs small. For the price you can't beat it for spare life vests, and they are very buoyant. Inexpensive isn't always a good idea on life vest being their intended purpose to SAVE LIVES, but these are nice quality. Just make sure you order bigger than what you think your size is, and double check them. Make sure they fit, SIZE AND FIT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY."

Nice, but sized small, April 27, 2009
By Meatman from Wisconsin (read all my reviews) (read all my reviews)

Advantages: Value for money

"I ordered 2 of these for people to wear while pulling behind the boat on a tube. I got the two largest sizes. Well, I'm not a big person, and wear a size 44 jacket. I tried the largest size on and could hardly close the snaps. They're made good, but the sizes are for young kids, 12 to 15 year olds, not for a man."
