"I have had one of these reels for about 4 yrs now. I have used it many times trout fishing and Salmon snagging in Colorado and have not performed any maintenance on it at all. No cleaning, no oiling and have had no probelms. I thought it would be too light for Salmon snagging, but it has really hung in there especially with no maintenance. I highly recomend this real and I'm going to purchase another one before my next trip."

"This reel is a great deal if you catch it on sale. I own 5 of them and i have not run into any issues with them. As long as you keep up on the basic maint. they will last for years. If you grab them while they are on sale you cant beat em. They have as many, if not more, bearings than a lot of the more expensive reels. Overall i've been happy with mine."
