"It's a good rod at a seemingly reasonable price. I got mine on sale so it was worth it. You might go with another brand if you can't find this rod on sale.
I am completely satisfied though. I like it better than the Extremes for some reason. The handle isn't quite as nice, but for some reason, it just seems to fish better.

"I bought the 7'6" tele rod. It is a decent rod, but is very heavy and the handle is awkward. I would go with a falcon or st croix in the same price range. I have a 7' St Croix Triumph that I like much better and is lighter and more sensitive. Bottom line, I don't use this in tourneys, but keep it around when I throw frogs on ponds or in practice."
